After Loch Tummel, the next scenary we wanted to admire was Loch Rannoch.
This Loch was very beautyfull. We took quite some resting time here and quite some pictures as you can see. We also decided to try another route towards Spean Bridge, but ended up at a dead end, Rannoch Station. As you can see, even here in the deserted highlands, the train stops by once and a while ...
Anyhow, we didn't feel like we lost time, on the contrary we had quite enjoyed the scenary on this nice road. The environment was really fabulous and I wouldn't mind driving around there for a full day ... On top of that, it was really nice weather !!! It was even warm in a t-shirt and shorts.
Next we went back via the other side of Loch Rannoch and went on our way to Spean Bridge.
