Today we went to the Isle of Skye, a very nice island. On our way to the island we passed the "Five Sisters". 5 mountains higher then 3,000 meters, located near to each other. You can see some pictures of them on this page.
We had a bit of strange weather. Near the sea or lochs it was mostly very misty, however in the mountains it was really beautifull and sunny weather. Anyhow, the Isle of Skye is a must-see for everyone that visits Scotland. The Isle of Skye has it all : the rough sea, the mountains, the lochs, the deserted roads with sheep on it ... In short, you don't find a more typical Scottish place then this ...
Just look at the pictures and you will see that words are not enough to describe this nice piece of our mother earth.
